Refund Policy

Scripted Premium is a digital membership delivered immediately after purchase. Because access to digital content cannot be returned, all purchases of Monthly, 3 Months, and Lifetime plans are final and we do not offer voluntary refunds.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unused time, not using the content, game or firmware updates that affect a script, content being added or removed, issues caused by your own setup, enforcement action taken against your game or platform accounts, or access removed for breaking our Terms of Service.

If your Premium access does not arrive, the wrong role was applied, or you were charged twice, open a support ticket in the Scripted Discord server with your Whop receipt, the plan you bought, and your Discord username. We will investigate and fix delivery problems, and we will correct duplicate charges that we confirm.

You can cancel a Monthly membership at any time in Whop. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Past monthly payments are not refunded.

Please contact support before disputing a payment. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, Premium access tied to that payment will be removed, and a chargeback filed without contacting us first may result in removal from the server and refusal of future purchases.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived, or any protection offered by Whop or your payment provider under their own terms.

Products bought through our official ScriptSupply eBay store, including individual scripts, packs, bundles, and Premium access listings, are governed by the listing and eBay’s own return and refund policies, not this policy.
