Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SCRIPTED website, the Scripted Discord server, and Scripted Premium memberships, together referred to as "the Service." The Service is operated by the Scripted team ("Scripted," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the website, joining the Discord server, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Scripted and ScriptSupply are two names used by the same business. We generally use ScriptSupply on eBay and Scripted on our website, Whop, and Premium Discord server. References to either name in these Terms refer to the same business.

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your country and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as Whop’s terms when you purchase. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only purchase with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

Scripted Premium is a digital membership delivered through our Discord server. Depending on what is available at the time, it includes access to Cronus Zen scripts, creator collections, values and configurations, setup guides, and community support. The specific games, creators, collections, and files available can change over time as content is added, updated, or removed. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord or Whop.

Scripted, also known as ScriptSupply, operates scriptedzens.com and is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Scripted Elite.

SCRIPTED, also known as ScriptSupply, is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, partnered with, or an official representative of Collective Minds, Cronus, or any game developer, publisher, console manufacturer, or gaming platform referenced on this website.

References to Cronus Zen, games, hardware, platforms, and related names or logos identify the products or intended uses being discussed. They do not indicate approval, authorization, certification, or endorsement by those companies.

Purchasing from SCRIPTED does not establish any relationship with those companies or include their hardware, official subscriptions, or support services unless expressly stated.

Use of scripts or related tools may be restricted by a game’s or platform’s rules. SCRIPTED’s products and statements do not override those rules or guarantee protection from account restrictions or other enforcement.

Scripted Premium is offered as Monthly ($20 per month, billed automatically until cancelled), 3 Months ($34.99, one payment for three months of access with no automatic renewal), and Lifetime ($54.99, one payment with no renewal). Prices are in U.S. dollars. All plans include the same Premium benefits; only the length of access differs. Promotional codes, such as a website discount code, apply only to the products and periods stated with the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and may end at any time. The price, plan, and any taxes shown on the Whop checkout page when you pay are the terms of your order. A later sale or price change does not change an order that has already been completed.

Premium plans purchased through our website are processed by Whop. Scripted does not receive or store your full card number, card security code, bank details, or payment account passwords. Access is delivered after Whop confirms a completed payment, normally by linking your purchase to your Discord account and granting the Premium role. You are responsible for purchasing with, and connecting, the correct Discord account. By completing checkout, you request immediate access to the digital membership. If your access does not arrive, open a support ticket in our Discord with your Whop receipt.

Monthly memberships renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund past payments. The 3 Months plan ends automatically at the end of its access period and is not renewed unless you buy again.

"Lifetime" means access to Scripted Premium for as long as the Scripted Service continues to operate and your account remains in good standing under these Terms. It is not a subscription and has no recurring fee. Lifetime does not mean the lifetime of a person, and it does not guarantee that any particular script, creator, collection, or game will remain available forever.

Because Premium is a digital product delivered immediately, all purchases are final and we do not offer voluntary refunds, including for change of mind, unused time, game updates, account bans, or content being added or removed. Full details are in our Refund Policy. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived, or any protection your payment provider offers under its own terms.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, access tied to that payment will be removed. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may also result in removal from the Discord server and refusal of future purchases. If you have a billing problem, please open a support ticket first so we can try to resolve it with you.

Scripted grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content available in Premium on your own Cronus Zen device for non-commercial purposes. You do not obtain ownership of any script, file, value, or guide. Scripts and resources created by third-party creators remain subject to their creators’ rights.

You agree not to: redistribute, resell, leak, publicly post, or share any Premium content, whether modified or unmodified, free or paid; share, sell, or lend your Discord account or Premium access to anyone else; reverse engineer, decompile, rebrand, or claim content as your own; use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission; attempt to bypass role permissions, access controls, or rate limits; scrape or bulk-download content using automated tools; upload malware or harmful files; or harass, spam, scam, impersonate staff, or disrupt the community. Breaking these rules may lead to the measures described in section 15, without a refund.

Many games, platforms, and competitive events prohibit the use of third-party devices, macros, or scripts. Using scripts may violate a game’s terms and can result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans of your game or platform accounts. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how you use any content and for complying with the rules that apply to you. Scripted does not guarantee undetectability, protection from bans, or any particular gameplay result, and we are not responsible for any enforcement action taken against your accounts.

Content depends on Cronus Zen firmware, Zen Studio, console and game updates, and other things outside our control. Updates may stop a script from working until a creator releases a fix, if they do. We provide setup help and support through Discord tickets on a reasonable-efforts basis, without a guaranteed response time. If you are unsure whether we cover your game or platform, ask in our Discord before you buy.

We may remove content, restrict access, remove roles, or remove members from the Discord server to protect the community and the content we host, including when we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken. Where access is removed because you broke these Terms, you will not receive a refund. You may stop using the Service at any time by leaving the Discord server and cancelling any Monthly membership in Whop.

Whop provides checkout, billing, and membership management, and Discord hosts our community and delivers access. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions. Products sold through our official ScriptSupply eBay store, including individual scripts, packs, bundles, and Premium access listings, are governed by the listing and eBay’s own policies. Included scripts, values, support, and Premium access depend on the listing purchased.

The Scripted name, logo, website design, and original materials belong to Scripted. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for identification. Creator names identify collections and do not imply endorsement. If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, contact us through a Discord support ticket with enough detail to identify the material, and we will review it.

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will work with every setup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scripted and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of game accounts, data, progress, or in-game items, arising from your use of the Service or any content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Scripted in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to be responsible for, and to cover reasonable losses we incur from, claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including redistribution of Premium content, to the extent permitted by law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders already completed. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Scripted features selected positive feedback from customers and community members, including feedback originally shared through Discord and our Script Supply eBay store. Featured testimonials are a selection and do not represent every review we have received.

We preserve the meaning of the original feedback. Where a review is shortened, we identify it as an excerpt or provide access to the complete text. Reviewer display names and source labels identify the original attribution.

Five-star graphics displayed alongside featured testimonials are Scripted’s visual indicator of positive feedback. Unless the original quoted feedback expressly includes a five-star rating, these graphics do not represent a five-star score submitted by the reviewer. Feedback originally submitted without a numerical or star rating remains unscored in its source form. Any explicit rating contained within the quoted feedback reflects the reviewer’s own words.

These graphics do not represent a calculated average, an overall customer satisfaction score, or an independent platform rating. A source label such as “Discord” or “eBay” identifies where the feedback originated; it does not mean that platform issued or verified the displayed star graphics.

eBay feedback concerns the reviewer’s experience with our Script Supply store and does not necessarily relate to a Scripted Premium membership. For questions about the attribution or accuracy of a featured testimonial, contact us through our existing support channels.

SCRIPTED’s primary paid offering is Premium access to its Cronus Zen script and values library and related community support.

Premium members may also access supplementary resources shared by community members or independent outside sources. These may include CV files, XIM scripts and configurations, Titan scripts, PC and console tweaks, FPS optimization resources, movie and sports streaming resources, Roblox Matcha configs, FL Studio resources, Crosshair X resources, glitches, and other community contributions.

These supplementary resources are separate from SCRIPTED’s core offering. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SCRIPTED is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of their creators, owners, publishers, or service providers. References to third-party products do not imply an official partnership.

Premium membership does not itself provide an official license, subscription, ownership right, or authorization to use third-party software, streaming services, or other protected content. Any required permissions, licenses, subscriptions, or separate purchases must be obtained from the appropriate rights holder or provider.

SCRIPTED does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, compatibility, performance, support, or continued operation of resources supplied by third parties. Their availability may change. Users should assess outside resources before downloading or using them and follow the applicable provider’s terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCRIPTED disclaims responsibility for loss or damage arising from independently supplied third-party resources. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

SCRIPTED provides access to a script library that includes community-contributed files attributed to independent creators and collections. Files associated with these names may be shared by members rather than supplied directly by the original creator.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SCRIPTED / ScriptSupply is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, partnered with, or an official representative of any creator, brand, vault, or VIP service named on this website. This includes Coldz VIP, Orla Vault, QrXw VIP, Aboki VIP, Avenged VIP, and the creators listed in our Creator Collections section.

Creator and collection names identify the attributed source or collection associated with available files. Their inclusion does not establish an official relationship or mean that the original creator supplied, approved, authenticated, or authorized those files.

‘Included VIP collections’ refers to community-shared files available within SCRIPTED Premium. Purchasing SCRIPTED Premium does not itself grant membership in another creator’s VIP service, access to their private server or account, direct support from that creator, or an official license from them.

Third-party intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. A member’s contribution, attribution, or inclusion in our library does not itself establish permission to redistribute a file. Nothing in these terms grants rights beyond those lawfully available.
